Senator Wilken, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the              
Health, Education and Social Services Committee referral be waived             
on SENATE BILL NO. 14 An Act relating to insurance covering                    
an insured who is a victim of domestic violence and requiring certain          
disclosures by an insurer.  Without objection, the bill was referred           
to the Judiciary Committee.
